Yankton to host 3rd on 3rd Block Party

          The annual 3^rd on 3^rd block party is back Wednesday on 3^rd and Douglas in the Meridian District.

          Event Organizer Tara Leonard says that 3^rd on 3^rd is the perfect pregame for the 4^th of July festivities.

          Leonard says that the Rock Hardys will be playing live.

          3^rd on 3^rd will run from 4-11 p.m.
