Gazelles Runner-up in Triangular to Open Gymnastics Season

Gazelles Begin Gymnastics Season Tonight at Home

The Yankton Gazelles gymnastics squad opens up the winter sports this evening.  The Gazelles will host a triangular at 5:30 involving Parkston/Ethan/Hanson and Mitchell.  Justin Olson will again be the head coach for the Gazelles, and they return all five gymnasts who qualified for the state individual meet last year.read more »

The USD Women Battle Top-Ranked South Carolina in Close Loss

The University of South Dakota women’s basketball team battled top-ranked South Carolina to a halftime tie Saturday, but the Gamecocks had a third quarter surge and defeated the Coyotes 81-71 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls.  Senior Chloe Lamb led USD with 18 points, while senior Hannah Sjerven added 13 points and 12 rebounds. …read more »

MMU Athletics Recruits
