The Yankton City Commission has approved three Tax Incremental Districts (TID).
Dave Mingo, the Community and Economic Development Director for the City of Yankton says that TID 14 is Garden Estates.
Mingo says TID 15 is Bluestem Reserve.
Mingo says that TID 16 is The Links.
Mayor Mason Schramm says that all three projects will help combat the housing shortage in Yankton.
