Tom and Kellie Holmstrom have been announced as the 2024 Riverboat Days Captain and Belle.
Kellie, who is a second-grade teacher at Webster Elementary, says that she is honored to be this year’s Belle.
Tom, who is an environmentalist with the Department of Energy, says that he is looking forward to the duties of being Captain.
Riverboat Days is set for August 16th-18th.
