Yankton Senior Madison Ryken has officially signed with Augustana University, choosing to continue her dance career in Sioux Falls.
Ryken says that she chose to follow in her mom’s footsteps with her decision to attend Augustana, but will miss her friends and the support of the Yankton community.
Madison’s mother and head coach Stacy Ryken says that Madison was the reason she started to coach the dance team six years ago.
Madison will graduate from YHS in May and plans to study communication disorders and American Sign Language at Augustana.
