Yankton First Responders were called to a two-vehicle accident near 21st and Broadway Tuesday afternoon.
Yankton Deputy Fire Chief, Larry Nickels, says that the accident was head-on in a turning lane.
Nickles says that the accident is being investigated by the Yankton Police Department.
