The Yankton Police Department is reporting that they were called to the 300 block of West 25th Street to attempt to revive an unresponsive infant Wednesday evening.
Yankton Police Chief Jason Foote says that EMS and Yankton Police Officers were unable to revive the child.
Foote says that the matter is under investigation and more information will be released when more details become available.
