The Yankton County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that they responded to a pursuit that entered Yankton County Wednesday.
According to Captain Greg Jensen, the pursuit began in Minnehaha County, and ended in Yankton County near 444th Ave and 309th St.
Evette Veo, 31, and Alicia Abdo, 26, were taken into custody and transported to Minnehaha County.
Charges against both are pending. No reason for the pursuit was given at this time by Yankton County or Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Offices.
Yankton, Turner, and Lincoln deputies, SD Highway Patrol troopers, and agents from the SD Divisional of Criminal Investigations were called in to assist in the pursuit.
