With the Yankton School District returning to the classroom on Monday, Shawn Steward with Triple A has tips for drivers so they can get back into their school driving habits.
Steward says that drivers need to remember to follow the rules regarding school buses.
Steward says that it is important for parents to be careful when they drop off their kids.
Steward says parents whose kids walk to school should also go over pedestrian safety tips with them, such as only crossing at the crosswalk and never cross between vehicles.
