The Yankton School Board made several changes last night, as they turned the calendar over to their 2023-24 session.
The board officially elected a new president and vice president, with Terry Crandall taking over the presidency from Frani Kieffer, while Sarah Carda (Sar-da) will serve as VP.
A new board member was appointed last night as well, as Jacklyn Mueller took her place on the board in place of former president Frani Kieffer, who has officially stepped down following a 9-year stint as a board member.
Newly appointed President Terry Crandall expressed his gratitude towards Kieffer, and her service to the district
Jacklyn Mueller began a three-year term at last night’s meeting, while President Crandall and Vice-President Carda both have two-years remaining on the board.
