After nine years, Frani Kieffer’s time on the Yankton School Board came to an end Monday.
Kieffer announced in February that she had decided to not run for a fourth term.
Kieffer says that she is proud of everything that the school board was able to accomplish during her tenure on the board.
Kieffer, who served as school board president this past school year, says that the best advice she can offer to the board is to work as a team.
The Yankton School Board voted Monday that Terry Crandall will take over Kieffer’s role as school board president.
