A tornado touched down north of Tabor Monday afternoon.
Yankton County Director of Emergency Management Paul Scherschligt says that the tornado touched down within four miles of Tabor near Highway 25.
Scherschligt says that he believes that the tornado stayed out in a field and did find a confirmed location of the tornado or any damages.
Scherschligt says that the tornado was active for nearly 20 minutes.
A report from the Bon Homme Sheriff’s Office is that there were no injuries or property damage reported due to the tornado.
