The Yankton Community Library has completed a library beautification project in collaboration with Keep Yankton Beautiful and Friends of the Library.
Library Director Dana Schmidt says that the project saw the addition of a new bench, garbage can, and plants.
Schmidt says that the project helps highlight the importance of the library in the community.
The new additions are all on the south side of the library.
