On Sunday, Mount Marty Lancer’s catcher Billy Hancock became the home run king in MMU baseball history.
Hancock, a senior on the Mount Marty baseball team passed his former coach Jason Nelson on the all-time charts with career home run number 47.
Hancock put three separate balls over the fence on Sunday to claim the record for himself.

Hancock and the Lancers (30-11) will face Dordt University in a 4 p.m. road doubleheader on Friday before returning home Sunday for two games with Jamestown University beginning at noon.
