Earlier this week, the Yankton City Commission met to discuss how to improve the way special events are handled for long-term growth.
Music at the Meridian is the first special event to have changes, like a $25 nightly fee for a food vendor contract.

Both proposed contracts were approved in time for the upcoming Music at the Meridian season.
The Yankton City Commission will next meet on April 24th in room 114 of the CMTEA building. A work session will begin at 6pm, with the regular meeting starting at 7pm.
