The Yankton School District is reporting that the middle school was on lockdown Tuesday morning after reports of a possible weapon in a student’s book-bag.
Authorities are reporting that after an investigation, there was no weapon found.
The scene was investigated by the Yankton Police Department and the Yankton County Sheriff’s Department.
