More than five years after ground was broken for a new Yankton hotel in the Yankton Mall parking lot, the Fairfield Inn & Suites is ready to open.
SRK Development Director of Construction Tim Karli says initial construction was started by another company, but completed by SRK and Marriott.
Karli says the facility will open to the public on March 27th, but reservations can be made now.
Karli says the structure is a 72 room, three story hotel with pool, breakfast area, fitness room, working spaces and an expansive lobby.
