Noem Signs Bill Into Law, Says it Will Protect SD Agriculture Operations

Governor Kristi Noem signed HB 1090 into law on Wednesday.

Noem says that the bill will protect South Dakota agriculture operations from claims that can delay development and increase costs for producers.

Scott VanderWal, the VP of the American Farm Bureau says that producers still have to be responsible with regulations.

Noem signed the bill while in Mitchell on Wednesday.
