The Mitchell School Board has approved a resolution regarding the inclusion of athletic facility upgrades to their new high school.
Mitchell Business Manager Steve Culhane says that the decision to include what would be an additional $17 million in athletic facility upgrades will be decided in a public vote.
A 60 percent approval is needed for the bond issue to pass.
The vote will take place during the Mitchell city council and school board election on June 6th.
