A major accident involving two semis occurred on Highway 46 Thursday night.
Yankton Deputy Fire Chief Larry Nickles has the details.
Nickles says that the driver of the pickup involved in the second accident has been arrested for a DUI and was transported to the Yankton County Jail.
Nickles says that the accident is being investigated by the SD Highway Patrol.
