The Summit Activities Center, the CMTEA (Career Manufacturing Technical Education Academy) building, and the future Early Childhood Development Center have been identified as either joint-use facilities or YSD schools, thus being ineligible for any exceptions for alcohol sales.
The Yankton City Commission voted to approve the proposed changes to the Ordinance.
