The University of South Dakota has launched a new cable television network called GoYotes TV.
Senior AD for External Affairs Joe Thuente says that the network is a partnership between USD Athletics and 13 of SDN Communications’ 17 Member companies.
Thuente says that GoYotes TV will be broadcasted across the majority of the state.
Thuente says that GoYotes TV will air sporting events as well as campus and community events.
According to Theunte, Midco Sports will remain the primary broadcast partner for USD Athletics, with first choice to broadcast live events.
Thuente says that the university is looking to add an app in the future for those that don’t have access to the network.
