This fundraiser will jump start the process for the Department to celebrate its sesquicentennial, or 150th anniversary in 2024.
Linke talked about some of the initial ideas on how to celebrate the oldest fire department in the state….
Being in the very early planning stages of this celebration, many ideas are being considered, including special commemorative badges and some ways to give back to the community.
