The latest proposal for development at Napa Junction is being proposed by Community Bio-Refinery (CBR). Wednesday afternoon, officials hosted an informational meeting at Ben’s Brewing Company in Yankton.
According to CBR Interim CEO Scott Hewitt, their facility would differ from other facilities in a major way…
Hewitt also touched on how this plant would impact the local job market…
They also claim to keep a small footprint and be completely self-sufficient, to the point of creating their own energy to power the plant.
NAPA Junction is located northwest of Yankton in Utica township.
