Yankton’s alcohol consumption has been streamlined.
The Yankton City Commission unanimously approved changes to the city’s consumption ordinance meant to make it easier for entities to apply for alcohol consumption permits without having to go before the full commission.

If Yankton City Manager Amy Leon does happen to turn anyone down for it permit, they would have the ability to appeal the decision to the full City Commission.
