Rates at the Summit Activity Center will be increasing.
The Yankton City Commission Monday night unanimously approved a rate change from $6 to $7 for a day pass, from $15 to $20 monthly, and from $120 to $200 annually, which are all still below pre-pandemic levels for the 718 current members.
