Candidates hoping to secure a spot on the Yankton City Commission this year have started circulating petitions.
Three city commissioners — Amy Miner, Jerry Webber and Mason Schramm — all have their terms expiring this year.
Miner says she is running for reelection and is banking on her last six years serving Yankton…
Miner adds that there are many priorities she would like to address if reelected, including the implementation of medical marijuana dispensaries…
Schramm has also announced his intentions for reelection. Webber is undecided.
