Currently, the Fox and Youngberg law firm receives 15,000 dollars per month for their services. They were asking for 21,250 dollars per month.
Youngberg agreed to come back before the commissioners next year when they start their budget proposals. The Yankton County Commissioners finalized their 2022 budget in September.
