The six-year-old boy who died in an ATV crash in Cedar County Saturday morning has been identified.
Porter Noecker, son of Jesse and Marie Noecker of rural Hartington, died as a result of a farm accident on a four-wheeler at the Noecker residence.
According to the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office, they received the crash report at 10:49 Saturday morning. Noecker was transported to Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton where he was pronounced dead.
Wintz Funeral Home of Hartington says that mass of Christian Burial for Noecker will be Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Hartington.
Noecker was a Kindergartener at Holy Trinity Elementary School in Hartington.
