The Yankton Police Department has located the missing girl. She was found safe early Monday afternoon.
Yankton Police Department Chief Jason Foote says 12-year-old Mariah Wuestewald was located locally and is safe. No other details on her whereabouts were released.
Foote says Wuestewald was last seen Saturday at approximately 12 noon when she left her home to walk to Starbucks at the Yankton Hy-Vee.
