A car versus pedestrian accident occurred in the McDonalds parking lot on Thursday morning.
Yankton Police Chief Jason Foote says shortly after 9:30 AM, officers responded to an injury accident in the McDonald’s parking lot.
Foote says a unidentified pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian received minor injuries.
Foote says no charges will be issued to the driver in the accident.
As always, the investigation is ongoing.
