Three new buildings are currently under construction at the corner of 4th and Burleigh in Yankton.
According to property owner Dan Specht of Vision Real Estate, two existing local business will be moving into the property and Specht is currently looking for a third tenant at the property. Specht declined to name the businesses that are moving to the new building.
Specht, who owns the entire lot, is very excited for the development and to bring more businesses to that area.
Specht calls the location the St. Joes’s Corner. Currently, there is a plaza building on the lot that houses Vision Real Estate, Edward Jones Investments, and a hair salon.
