A long-standing motel in Vermillion has recently undergone a complete remodel.
The Studio 13 Motel & RV Park’s complete restoration was recently celebrated with an official ribbon cutting ceremony.
Studio 13 is a motel and RV park that offers nine parking spots for RVs and eighteen motel rooms. Though a member of the Vermillion community for some time, the motel came under new ownership recently. Since then, the property has undergone rigorous remodeling. Each room, the grounds, and the building itself feel like they come straight out of a classic 1950’s Hollywood sitcom while still providing all of today’s modern comforts.
