Currently, there is over eight hundred job openings across Yankton.
According to the local department of labor job office, there was eight hundred nine openings in the Yankton statistical area as of Monday.

Hunhoff says that this problem will not be a “one bullet” approach…
Hunhoff adds that with Amazon’s fulfillment center opening in Sioux Falls next year, that will even increase the number of openings across the state. Amazon is predicting they will need approximately one thousand employees for the canter, which will be the largest building ever built in the state of South Dakota.
