Thursday night at Riverside Field, Tom and Leann Rockne of Yankton were named the 2021 Captain and Belle of this year’s Riverboat Days.
LeAnn Rockne says they are very honored to be named the Captain and Belle, and says Riverboat Days is a great family celebration.
Tom Rockne says it was a big surprise when they were asked by Riverboat Days Co-Chair Randy Oliver.
The Rockne’s will be featured in a number of parades and promotions leading up to this year’s Yankton Riverboat Days and Summer Arts Festival August 20th through the 22nd.
