County Commission all across the state of South Dakota are bringing issue regarding medical marijuana to the forefront.
Yankton County Commission Chair Cheri Loest says the board has talked about implementing a moratorium to allow for the state to prepare regulations.
Loest says this moratorium would allow time for Yankton County to discuss various options.
Use of medicinal marijuana in South Dakota becomes legal on July 1st.
