The Yankton County Commission approved a Resolution this week supporting the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.
The Resolution was brought forth by NFAA President Bruce Cull, who says it makes a strong statement.
The County Board approved the Resolution on a 4-1 vote, and Cull says he was pleased with the support from the Commission.
Yankton County Commissioner Joe Healy says he fully supports the Second Amendment but voted against the Resolution because he felt it makes a political statement.
