The annual meeting of Yankton Area Progressive Growth was held Tuesday and was focused on a plan to merge their group with the Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Yankton Area Progressive Growth C-E-O Nancy Wenande says the two boards will vote in a couple weeks and they expect the memberships to vote by the end of April.
Wenande says there will be informational meetings for members to ask questions about the Plan of Merger.
Wenande says they hope to have a merged organization between the Chamber and YAPG ready to go by the first of July.
