A new development is in process on Highway 52 in the Lewis and Clark Lake area. Drake Developers and K-Construction have announced a partnership called the “DamView Estates and Townhomes”.
Lee Rettig is the Vice-President of Marketing for K-Construction and says they are excited to start this new development.
Rettig says people from the region and around the country are interested in moving to the Yankton area.
K-Construction and Drake Development are working together this spring and summer to bring utilities and infrastructure to the area, and hope to start building later this fall.
