The City of Yankton is submitting an application for needed funds for the Wastewater Plant Project.
Yankton Mayor Nathan Johnson says the money needed goes back to the major flood event two years ago in March.
Johnson says the City of Yankton needs one million dollars to complete repairs for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The Yankton City Commission held a public hearing on this topic at their meeting this week.
