A virtual event to help people prepare for a career is coming up on February 24 in Yankton.
Workforce Development Coordinator Rita Nelson says Building Your Career is a free event taking place next Wednesday evening at 6:00.
Nelson says Build Dakota offers free ride scholarships to a South Dakota technical school.
Nelson says the students who are accepted must commit to working at least three years in South Dakota, and they hope the graduates end up working in Yankton.
