The colder temperatures moving into our area over the next several days are expected to persist for several weeks.
NOAA Regional Climate Services Director Doug Kluck says colder temperatures are expected to settle into the Missouri River basin for the foreseeable future.
Kluck says there are weaker indications that we may see above normal precipitation throughout the same time period.
Kluck says current forecast models call for near normal temperatures and a possibility above normal precipitation for our region of the country over the next three months.
