South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem gave her 2021 State of the State address to both houses of the South Dakota Legislature yesterday.
District 18 Representative Mike Stevens says South Dakota continues to enjoy greater fiscal stability and economic development than many other states.
Stevens says Governor Noem’s push for high-speed broadband internet capability for the entire state will benefit both economic development and education.
Stevens says improving the state’s internet capabilities is vital in the modern remote workplace.
