Along with the annual reorganization of the board, last night’s Yankton County Commission meeting brought forth a decision to remain with the current start time of 6 PM.
Newly sworn-in Commissioner Wanda Howey-Fox says she would support having a time-limit for people addressing the board.
Commissioner Dan Klimsich says he also supports limiting the amount of time spent discussing various issues.
Commissioner Don Kettering says board members could be using their time during meetings more efficiently.
Along with swearing in new Yankton County Commissioner Wanda Howey-Fox, the board also selected Cheri Loest to serve another term as Commission Chair.
