Mayor Nathan Johnson says a year ago, momentum was moving forward towards more continued development in Yankton’s Meridian District.
Johnson says that change in momentum due to COVID 19 was a source of disappointment.
Johnson says along with addressing the COVID 19 pandemic, there will be other important issues for municipal government to address in 2021.
