South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem used her State of the State address Tuesday in Pierre to focus on job development, tout the state’s economy, and unveiled a proposal to ban abortions based on a Down Syndrome diagnosis.
Thanks to a windfall of federal coronavirus aid, the state of South Dakota has over 250 million dollars in one-time funds for projects like college scholarships and increased broadband access.
