Data Center Ordinance 1st Reading

The Yankton County Commission held the 1^st reading of a proposed ordinance for the zoning of data centers, with public comment.

The Commission decided to send the proposal back to the Zoning & Planning Committee to consider some of the ideas which were brought up during public comments. The next discussion, which is open to the public, will be at 10am on Thursday, November 12^th. This will require it to be published, and a new 1^st and 2^nd reading of the proposed ordinance.
