Yankton Bucks Golf travels to Spring Creek Golf Course tomorrow morning for a varsity invitational.
Yankton will compete against four other teams during the event. Harrisburg, Sioux Falls Lincoln, Sioux Falls Washington, and Brandon Valley.
Tee time is scheduled for 8:00 AM tomorrow morning.
Yankton Gazelles Tennis will be in Brandon tomorrow for a varsity triangular hosted by Brandon Valley
Yankton will take on the Watertown Arrows first at 12:15 PM, before facing the Rapid City Central Cobblers at 2:30 PM.
Yankton’s matches will be held at Brandon Valley Middle School in Brandon.
Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Soccer head west tomorrow for a weekend slate against Rapid City Central and Stevens.
The Gazelles are 1-0 on the year, while the Bucks are 0-1, following their season opener last week against Sioux Falls Lincoln.
Yankton will take on Central tomorrow at Sioux Park. The girls’ play first at 5:30 PM MT, with the boys to follow.
Saturday’s matches against Stevens will also take place at Sioux Park, beginning with the boys’ at 9:00 AM MT.
Mount Marty Football will step onto the field for the first time since last November this evening, as they host Dakota State in a scrimmage.
Kickoff from Crane-Youngworth Field in Yankton is scheduled for 5:00 PM this evening.
The Lancers officially open their 2026 season on August 29th with a home game against Clarke University.
The Yankton Bucks will host their annual Powerade Football Scrimmage tomorrow night.
The scrimmage is scheduled for 7:00 PM at Crane-Youngworth Field. The Bucks are accepting Powerade donations for the upcoming season during the event.
Yankton officially begins their season next Friday, August 28th, with a road matchup against Aberdeen Central.
South Dakota State has announced the first Dan Jackson Show of the 2026 football season will air Monday (Aug. 24).
The weekly hour-long show featuring South Dakota State football begins at 6 p.m. Central and is broadcast live on the Jackrabbit Sports Network
Hosted by Tyler Merriam, the show features a recap of the previous week’s game, interviews with Jackrabbit football coaches and student-athletes, and a preview of the team’s upcoming matchup.
The show can be viewed live through SDSU Athletics’ Facebook and YouTube channels (@GoJacksSDSU), as well as the Midco Sports Plus streaming platform.
