Governor Rhoden Speaks at Girls State in Vermillion

Governor Larry Rhoden was in Vermillion to speak at Girls State on Wednesday.

Rhoden says Girls State is a unique opportunity.

Congressman Dusty Johnson and Senator Mike Rounds also spoke at Girls State on Tuesday.
