A new Yankton housing development broke ground Wednesday.
Lane Warzecha, with HME Development, says the project will feature 81 units.
Warzecha says development on River City Flats will cost just under $15 million.
Warzecha says they’re hoping for River City Flats to be open by the spring of 2027.
